The Simplafy Story

Simplafy was born out of a shared vision between founders Aidan Talijancich and Paul Talbot-Smith 
to create a meaningful impact in the workplace wellbeing space.

How It Started

With decades of experience in the occupational therapy, fitness and health promotion sectors, Aidan and Paul saw a gap between traditional wellbeing models and the needs of modern businesses. Together, they envisioned a platform that would bring expert-led, evidence-based wellbeing solutions to organisations of all sizes.

Aidan Talijancich

Aidan holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and runs his own private practice where he helps people get back to doing what they love. A leader in the wellbeing field, Aidan has used his experience as a teacher, an occupational therapist and a strength coach to present on various wellbeing topics across Australia and continues to help develop and mentor the next generation of health professionals.

Paul Talbot-Smith

Paul Talbot-Smith

Paul has over 20 years’ experience and intricate knowledge of the health and fitness industry. He has an unwavering passion to create solutions to support, and help people improve their health and wellbeing. Paul has a proven track record of innovation across fields of health promotion, corporate wellness, strength and conditioning and community health.
